You guys want to know the easiest way to insult an artist? Most of you probably know already.
Having someone say your art either looks like someone elses, OR they say it looks like an anime show. If you say that to me…oooohhhhh.
Or they say both.
My art is mine and I try my best to have a realistic side to the simple structures of my pieces. I classify my art as action cartoonish at best. But to say its ‘anime’ is a bit insulting.

I have nothing against those who enjoy those shows.
